Whether you’re starting this as a beginner, or from a more advanced level, each individual's 8-week programme will be completely customised to their fitness skill level. The goal is to get you stronger, fitter, and healthier in 8 weeks.

To enrol into the challenge all you need to do is complete your entry form by midnight on the 3rd September 2020.
